To get caught in a poorly researched lie by saying something chronologically impossible. The term originated in the defamation trial of Depp v Heard when Heard's counsel held up a cosmetic kit by Milani and claimed Heard used it to cover her bruises while she was married to Depp during 2015--2016. We learnt soon after that the cosmetic kit in question first became available in 2017.
Ellen Barkin had another Milani moment in the unsealed documents where she claims Depp gave her a Quaalude in 1994. The drug was, in fact, withdrawn from the market in 1983.

User1: "That was already posted"
User2: "Flames34 moment lol"
Jesus Price: "Stop saying that"
Flames34: "Yeah you guys can't that word"
