A phrase used to let someone know their opinion is garbage.
Also a phrase that apparently REALLY got under some guys skin on Instagram.

Someone who's mostly straight or gay, with one exception. It's often separated into three categories:
Sole Exception: The character in question has a one-off attraction to that person that transcends their sexual preference. This is based on mutual compatibility, or otherwise emotional attraction(this is similar to Demisexuality).
Even the Gays/Straights Want Them: The target of attraction is presented as being physically attractive enough to transcend the sexual preferences of people, not just the attracted character.
Closet Key: The exception gradually becomes the rule for that character (this not being a subversion as such as the trope applies at the beginning of the relationship and is seen as responsible for the gradual reveal of the character's sexuality/gradual transition of their gender preference).

This sentence can is used as a joke, it can be used everywhere when you want to bully someone, you can also use this to joke around with your friends.
Friend: Did you really just threatened me now?
Me: Calm down before you get knocked down.
Friend: damn, ok ok i'm sorry

Telling a gal to "come ass you are" may indeed put her at ease as far as wardrobe concerns, but it could also give her second thoughts about whether she wants to show up in da first place, since "jumping straight to fourth base" --- i.e., merely having you immediately rip off all her clothes and take a flying leap into bed with her --- might not be what she'd originally had in mind for said visit.
