A dump so large, or so necessary, and so relieving as to have you walk away from the can smiling and saying "OMG, what a great dump, I feel like a new man." Hence, a "new man dump."
After eating at Taco Joe's last night, then a few drinks at the bar afterwards, plus a midnight snack, I took a New Man Dump this morning. I felt so good I am still smiling.
A crap so pungent it requires you to warn the next bathroom user. The warning should include a reason for the rating.
"Be careful, I just took a PG-13 dump in there. It was rated for mild violence and suggestive themes."
"Your child will require parental supervision as the PG-13 dump I just took is still lingering."

The tragedy of an extremely pretty girl whose beauty is horribly marred by dumpy, flabby, 90 year old woman titties to the extent that her otherwise banging body is completely ruined.
