Often said in grime music, used to point out that a person isn't making any sense. Can be about anyone in particular but should be used after the person saying something

Similar to a "Bad Hair Day" although instead of having merely "bad" hair, your hair makes you resemble a mentally insane person.
"Oh my god! check Lloyd out, Mad Hair Day or what?!"
