A cringe word that online right wing virgins use to describe themselves. Essentially means they hate everyone who doesn't look like them and isn't straight or capitalist. It is the virgin's way of identifying other virgins online.
Virgin 1: "Based?"

VIrgin 1: "Super based!"
to be called based it means you have an opinion that is deemed likeable by the person calling you based
