The equivalent to "bless your heart" in that it is very insincere to use this in a so-called positive way and always has a negative connotation. When used in a positive way, it's basically saying "you're a sucker." When used in a negative way, it's basically saying "you're an idiot" or "your opinion is stupid."

Prison slang, typically for when you partake in an act people don’t appreciate or are offended by. Which can range from a number of things, depending on who is upset and what typically tips them over the edge.
Prisoner 1: “bruh I make over $100 on commissary a week I’m loaded”
