Canadian slang originating from Truro, Nova Scotia. Meaning "goodbye", "cya later" and/or "safe travels"

When a car (or pedestrian) drives by blasting you/your car/your place of business with large amounts of cannabis smoke
"Damn dude, you smell that? "
"Yeah, we just got blasted by a Denver drive-by"
a nicer, more polite way of telling someone to gtfo and get lost-in combination and at the same time
Since gtfo by itself is too boorish rude to use, and get lost doesn't cut it anymore because most people have cars, it would probably be more appropriate to use the term drive yourself away; people can drive away from a given situation faster than they can physically 'get lost' by simply walking away.
It means to speed over potholes.
It comes from a joke in my city about this one road that has a lot of potholes and a high speed limit. But the road is ironically the main way to get to the hospital called Holy Family. Highway to Holy Family has claimed many lives.
Officer: okay so who is responsible for this accident?
Person: Not me, that other asshole was driving like Holy Family.
