Individual who decides to be a fan of a particular sport, always chooses a team who is doing well in the sport when deciding which to team to be a fan of to receive instant gratification of fanhood.
A "fan whore" may be a bandwagon jumper, but they may also maintain their fandoom after the original winning and gratification wears off.
Bob is a "fan whore" because he became a fan of the 49ers (in the late 1980s), the Spurs (in the late 1990s), the Yankees (mid 1990s), Duke basketball (in the early 1990s), and Miami (FL) football (in the late 1990s).

1. They make death threats if you say you don’t like Justin Bieber.
2. They scream at the top of their lungs every time they hear a Justin Bieber song.
3. They harass Justin Bieber if they see him in a public place.
4. They are completely obsessed with Justin Bieber and never shut up about him.
5. They insult all old music and say it’s bad just because it’s old.
6. They are total perverts who think about having nasty fantasies with Justin Bieber.

A person that supports a sportclub, artist or brand after a rare event.
They will only be fan for a short while, when the event is out of the media you`ll never see the person be fan unless there is another unusual event.
