A noun of adjective describing people of usually blue collar communities. Often termed as rednecks. By definition everyone living in a Blue Collar Community is a Git-r-Done. The degree of which is based on upbringing. Old School Git-r-Dones are usually Parents and Grandparents that grew up on farms and know how to carry out most manual labor tasks. They are characterized by their moral values and their love of their family. New Age Git-r-Dones are a bunch of young kids who like to ride 4-wheelers around the town and act like they're tough.
Tom might be able to lift the most weights but I bet Billy Bob can beat him at arm wrestling, he's got Git R Dones strength.

U R TIME means something like OMG U R SO L33T, or OMFG <3 U. A general expression for being elite.
It was coined at winprog when someone was trying to say "your time" but instead said "you're time".

In "Homer Goes to College," Homer gleefully sets his high school diploma aflame, while singing, "I am so smart, I am so smart, S-M-R-T, I mean S-M-A-R-T!" Behind him his living room is going up in flames.
The now legendary "S-M-R-T" line was actually not in the script and was a genuine error by voice actor Dan Castellaneta. However, the error was so much in Homer's character that they chose to include it in the finished product.
People now chant either "S-M-R-T" or "I am so smart, S-M-R-T", particularly when they're feeling stupid, celebratory, or both.
