It appears to be some sort of super goth edgy wedding in which opposes the familiar phrase of "white wedding." This term has recently been popularized due to Maria Brinks' (lead vocals: In This Moment).

The phenomena or awareness that occurrs and need to express it in some form or fashion, when a black person at a meeting, event, gathering, or in a large crowd feels that they are the only black person in attendance and then sees another black person.

To be a dirty black you need to live in poor conditions , and must have a background history of slavery. Furthermore this word is typically referred to black slaves as the owner used this common name to mock Africans.
