when a woman impedes the progress of another woman to successfully court or flirt with a man; or when a woman rejects the proposal from a separate man to date/flirt/dance with his male friend. The female equivalent of a cock blocker or being cock blocked.

"Speed-Blocker"... similar in intenet to "C-Blocker" as someone who rides in the fast lanes of the highway going at or below the posted speed limit and MUCH below the speed everyone else is attempting to travel in that lane. Especially aggrivating when it is obvious the driver is purposely holding up traffic.
I was flying down I-95 to get to the game, but some S-Blocker was in the left lane holding everyone up and I missed the face-off and most of the first period !!!

A blocking bully in is a term for a person that blocks players shots in a basketball game more than 3 times in one game . If you do the requirement more than 10 games you can consider yourself a blocking bully .
Examples of a blocking bully is Hakeem Olajuwon , Dikembe Mutombo , Kareem Abdul-Jabbar , Hassan Whiteside , Kristaps Porzingis , Lebron James , And Jayden Hockenberry

The blocking of your view of someone hot by someone not so hot.
I was enjoying staring at this '10' when a '3' with a mole on its face totally hot-blocked me. By the time the 3 had waddled away the 10 had gone. What a waste.

The state of being temporarily or (like in most cases) permanently blocked from accessing your hotmail account when you need it the most.
This could be due to one of the following reasons:
1) Your password is so difficult that you fortgot what it is.
2) Your ex failed to hack your account but screwed you anyway by revoking your access.
3) You entered your pasword wrong too many damn times while tipsy or high.
John: Dude, I got this weird e-mail from you telling me to check out your new website.
Mike: Oh, sorry my account was hacked and it's sending viral e-mails to all my contacts. I've been trying to get it back but I think I'll be hot-blocked forever.
