There is only a few tunes that qualify for such status , not necessarily keeping to the traditional form of a ballad these tunes are in there owen right possibly greater than any ballad every composed.
special D, Da Ru sandstorm, Zombie nation all qualify for Dance Ballad status .

A Southern Michigan Tradition, developed by school of choice pupils, where under the circumstance that angsty teen rock is heard by these pupils, an outrageous headbanging and fist throwing session occurs. This usually lasts for the length of the song; unless it is not appealing. In recent weeks, the slam dancing ritual has been taken up by well-known celebrity, Paul Walker, and his faithfuls. This trend will surely become a national craze without a shadow of a doubt.
Dave had to stop his car because Andrew and Damon were slam dancing so violently, that the car was shaking uncontrollably.

A improv troupe in southwest Missouri. Often seen in downtown Springfield. All female. They are famous for their "scripted improv" and the critically acclaimed screenplay: "Antichrist: The Musical on Ice", which, to the puzzlement of many, has nothing to do with the Antichrist, is not a musical, and isn't on ice. However, it is AMAZING.
Dances with Improv is often intermission entertainment. To some they are simply known as DWI, not to be confused with Driving While Intoxicated.
Let's go see the play at Central. I hear Dances with Improv is doing an intermission thing.

The motions a Meth Head would use when trying to stand still. This dance is purely unintentional by the Meth Head and is usually observed in the check out line in Walmart around 3am. The dance is a seris of flailing arms, fidgeting legs, and spastic jaw movements.
Yo dude, go check out the crankenstien in isle 3, he's really doing a river dance.
