The right way to smiley face over the Internet. :) is incorrect as there is not nose...the real way is :-) and it is the most awesome was of expressing joy. Simply, :) is wrong and :-) is right. Obviously.

This smiley face emoticon is the first used. In 9 - 19 - 1982, a guy called Scott Fahlman typed in these 3 characters and made the emoticons.
