This is a symbol i first saw showing up on schermatics wiring digrams for electronics, tv's, radio's, etc. the symbol was used to shorten the word approximatley.

A symbol used β€œwhere” your mental instant communication (mental transmission), mental flight patterns, mental sequences occurred during a video, an event, etc. recorded by taking a picture where those thoughts occurred and drawing or typing an @ symbol on the picture.
