Alot of clickbait YouTubers use the legend that 3:00 Am is cursed and that if you're awake at 3:00 am you're going to be able to summon demons or that you're going to die. The most infamous YouTuber that does "3:00 am Challenges " is JayStation.

This is the time that some people may wake up by accident, often when they are in the middle of a dream. They may take just a moment to check the time, then fall asleep again.
I remember waking up at 3:00 in the morning, but just went back to bed.

- a joyous and sanctimonious time enjoyed by all those working at any given office environment. The last smoke break of the day before 5:00 quitting time. Usually the time when the final stress relief of the day is released by means of shit-talking and puffing away at a cigarette. Even for those who do not smoke, this period can be used to call a friend and vent your day, or to sneak around to the back of the building and smoke a doob.
