If you use your fingers to count in binary (left hand from left to right is 1024, 512, 128, 64, and 32 whereas the right hand is 16, 8, 4, 2 and 1) and convert 132 to binary (it's 0b0010000100 00100 00100) and show it on your fingers where extended is 1 and bent is 0 then it looks like you're flipping someone off with both of your hands
