More formally known as a 138, it's a sexual position involving 4 people, two performing a standard 69, two behind them on either side using their...backdoors. Its name comes from 69*2, or 138, because it's essentially two 69's, possible position during a fourgy.

Hax beyond belief. Derived from the combat level being 138 with maxed combat as a member. One does not necessarily need to be maxed to be called 138 as a compliment.
