(Argentinian origin) "ahre" can be used in almost every situation, often in spoken form but also used in written form. Its literal meaning is 'oh-so'.
It was used by floggers from 2008-2010, and now it's mostly used by teenagers and millennials. It can be used as a replacement for 'whatever', 'lol', 'wtf', 'lol', etc., though it's popularly used at the end of a sentence to express disagreement with the said statement, or to say that a statement is true but ahre is used so as not to sound cruel (irony).

Guy: You look like a clown with that make-up AHRE (he does mean to say that but says ahre so as not to sound rude).
