When you are playing games with your friends and they are asking impossible things from you and constantly repeating themselves even though you heard them just fine the first couple of times.
Being chased by zombies in a game unable to rest for a moment your friend is screaming at you to help him.
"Oh no, he's suffering from aner syndrom"
