The slang word describing acne on someone's back. Backne is super gross and often makes someone's back look like a full fledged case of chicken pox.

a clever way to descibe acne on someone's back. But is confusing because acne on the face isn't called facene...hmm... and acne on the chest isn't called chestne...let me ponder this and i will get back to you.
