Where You say a persons Name, then when they Say Something or look in your general direction you immediately ignore them. Then you say Begum Baited

Likely also observed with random lisps which don’t match conventional lisp pattern. I.e. one would say schtay as opposed stay.
Not to be confused with Shamima Begum syndrome which involves fleeing to Syria then wanting to return without any remorse or sympathy.
