A commonly used term for MDMA in Australia. The term originated on the Australian facebook group "Vegetables Australia" which is a group used to buy and sell illicit drugs in Australia by using the names of vegetables. Capsicum refers to the capsules in which the drug is normally sold.
"Is anybody selling some capsicums in Melbourne? I will pay extra for delivery for tonight."
The sexual act of inserting a stuffed capsicum into a vagina, and having the partner eat it out before the burning sets in.
"Jennifer let me give her a Kinky Capsicum last night, but I wasn't quick enough so she had to go to the hospital."
