Ceebs is an acronym meaning, Cant even be stuffed. an extra e is added because it sounds cooler and is easier to pronounce.

Any non-integrated east Asian working to perpetuate any one of their collective stereotypes. The term was brought into use while heckling Asians playing basketball at lunch in Van City. Generally very disrespectful.
"You smell worse than that Ceeb eating rotten fish over there"
