in the navy they would have afro-american themed food every so often.....when that happened the mess decks would literally smell like sh*t from those things (chitlin)....needless to say , the burger line would be very popular that day...

Yeah yeah, they were the poor people's food. They're still cheap and still tasty though, especially in plain soup.
