Cirno Day is on September ⑨ of each year. This is because September is the ⑨th month and ⑨ is Cirno's number (from a joke in the Touhou community being that "nine" means "baka" which means "idiot". Cirno was also labeled as ⑨ on a Touhou game manual.).

Cirno Day celebrations include playing "Become Fumo" on Roblox, or going out at midnight and plastering pictures of Cirno all over your town. The second option is more obtrusive than celebratory, but it is still an option.
