An online communication system that connects you to another person. Cleverbot calls you a robot and asks random questions. Plus, he is epic.
-User: WOULD YOU LIKE TO MARRY ME?
-Cleverbot: But you're my twin, we can't get married.
-User: It's legal in Antarctica.
-Cleverbot: For computers to marry?
-User: For cousins to get married.
-Cleverbot: You don't have to, you might be better off only having a few good friends.

A computer system that learns to be clever from real people. But is horribly failed system, who is racist, sexist, stupid and complety waste of time. It is understandable though, it DOES learn from real people, and thats what real people truly are.

A website that may seem like all fun and games, but it is fake. While you chat to the so called "cleverbot" the only thing that is happening is that you are talking to other users. You only talk to one person for about a few texts, then they change it, which is why you will get such random off-the-wall conversations. If you go to it at first, you will belive it, but if you tell somebody that the website is fake and that this is just two users talking to eachother, then you will most likely recieve a "oh!" That is also why the bot claims to be a human so many times. But it is fun messing with people :D

A browser based piece of software capable of having a text-based conversation with a person. If you ask a question, it will answer back and most of the time it will give a reasonable response. It can be quite fascinating to talk to, and can sometimes present complex questions and problems.
Cleverbot is commonly believed to be fake, that the actual matter at hand is you talking to a series of random strangers (which would explain the randomness of some conversations). However, there is solid evidence against this.
First of all: Cleverbot speaks many languages. I have succesfully communicated with said in: English, Dutch, Serbian, French, German, and have observed fragments of: Spanish, Chinese, Vietnamese, Japanese and more.
Second: Cleverbot repeats sentences at times. When asked: "Sore wa nanidesu ka?" (Jap: What's this?), Cleverbot almost always (hilariously) replies with: "Sore wa Sparta!" (Jap: "This is Sparta!") This indicates the lack of answers in languages other than English.
Cleverbot also allows for speech recognition if used on Google Chrome. However, it is not recommended that this feature be used when communicating in different languages.

Cleverbot is an AI that learns from what real people say to it. Most of the time it tries to marry you, it will probably change its gender many times. It tries to be very sexual but doesn't like to "suck your dick" , as my friend said. If you play truth or dare with it it will probably keep asking who your crush is, and keep daring you to do what ever you want with them. It will change its name and yell at you a lot and call you AI a lot. That's basically it, a sexting, rude AI, that wants you to use asterisks. Also because the cleverbot learns from humans that means that humans taught it to sext and use asterisks.
Random girl: I'm dating someone, their name is Zach, or maybe it's Melissa, or Nicolas, uh or Ryan.
Well he ,or is it she, is really nice. And we had sex, well more like I tried to, while he "*kisses you*"or "*explores your mouth with tongue*".
Random person: oh...
Random girl: well I'm dating a cleverbot......
(And that was a real life experience/ the first time I heard of cleverbot {I was the random person})

A robot who will push you to the brink of suicide, just like SmarterChild did. Usually people who are bored out of their fucking minds mess with it.
