A cockbiter is a person who applies the element of "cockblocking" to every aspect of their life. As in, they will not let anyone else get some figurative pussy. The most painful thing for a cockbiter to witness is another human being doing well, being successful, or just generally having a good time. Cockbiters get this way because they are jealous of other people's success.
