Doctor Who

What people that are not whovians tend to call the Doctor.

Non-whovian 1: Ohh, that's that TV show, Doctor Who or something.

Whovian: yeah it's like my favourite thing ever now leave me in peace to watch it.

Non-whovian 1: Ok fine. Oh my, Doctor Who is looking fine, don't you think?

Whovian: What.

Non-whovian 2: Don't you reckon.

Whovian: Yeah duh, he's amazing, and so hot. But you just called him DOCTOR WHO. He is called THE DOCTOR. *facepalms* Why am I friends with these stupid people?

Non-whovian 2: You know I can hear you right.

Whovian: Shhh Earthling, you know nothing.

Doctor Who

The woman who knows so much, has seen so much, talks so much, but says so little. Doctor Who is a BBC long-running show that follows the adventures of a Gallifreyan time lord that basically saves the world wherever she ends up.
Whovian is the name for the fans of Dr. Who who have obsessions with (but not limited to the following)
Bowties
Long, multicolored, scarfs
Stetsons
Suspenders
FEZs
Long coats
"Tardis blue"

"Don't blink"
"Don't think"
"Don't breath"

"So basicallyyyyy, run."

A conversation with a Whovian would sound something like this:
Normal, innocent human being: "Wow look at all of these beautiful sculptures"
Doctor Who fan/ die-hard Whovian: "THEY'RE STATUES"
Normal, innocent human being: "Sooo...."
Whovian: *darts eyes all over tryna keep an eye on every. single. statue."
Normal, innocent human being: *Disappears*
Whovian: *faints*

Doctor Who

A television series first airing on November 23, 1963 (It is older than Star Trek and Star Wars). The show revolves around a Time Lord, the last of his kind, and going by the name of The Doctor.

He travels through time and space in his TARDIS (Time And Relative Dimensions In Space). The TARDIS's Chameleon Circuit is broken which is why it always appears as a vintage blue police box. It is also bigger on the inside, Time Lord technology.

The Doctor is usually found traveling with a companion. Each companion has their own personality and backstory.

We are currently on the 12th Doctor played by Peter Capaldi and 813 episodes have been released as of the end of season 8 of the New Who.

Hot guy: "Hey, you wanna go out for dinner?"

True Whovian: "Hell no!! I'm watching Doctor Who!" *hisses*

Doctor Who

British TV show launched in 1964 by the BBC with little hope of success, turned out being one of their most successful TV programs they had ever broadcasted. About a man (Time Lord species) traveling distant planets in a Spaceship called a Tardis, disguised as a 1960's London Police Box. The Tardis has the ability to change exterior and interior appearance, disapear and reapear in different locations, travel like a spaceship and travel back or forwards in time. The Doctor saves planets and galaxies without taking any credit, and if he gets so unlucky that he almost dies, he is happy to be a Time Lord, as he can regenerate. Regeneration takes him from one form of man to another, the process is loud and powerful and releases regeneration energy (Orange Glowing Dust) from their hands and head. The Doctor started off from a grumpy old man, to the savior of galaxies.

Doctor Who travels in his blue box through time and space.
