A Flamur is a genuine shqipe who is cheap, anxiety filled, and hostile. He holds very opinionated views about fellow balkan peoples and lives at home with parents and 8 Skanderbeu figurines. He shivers at the idea of spending more than $6.50 on a t-shirt despite wearing the same one since grade school. He is a good guy. Kind guy. But no sense of style. No sense of swag.
