Another word for Underwear.
Underneath my pants I wear flunder flunes.
On hot days I like to stew beef in my flunder flunes.
The act of attempting to weasel out of one's responsibilities by blaming others and/or pretending all is well, but done in a fashion that could, at best, be described as incompetent.
The Minister of Health was found guilty, once again, of flundering in an attempt to reapportion blame whilst simultaneously pretending that everything was "okay".
