A GDC creature is an abomination that lives in the UT Austin Dell-Gates Computer Science Complex. It spends most of its lifetime coding and figuring out how to achieve that 690k TC at Meta. It does not sleep nor eat nor shower. You will occasionally find GDC creatures committing heinous acts due to their non-existent understanding of the social norms and complexity of the world around them. GDC creatures routinely find themselves pondering the meaning of their meager existence and why they were denied an interview at Snap Inc.

Catie is a girl who can be annoying at times and needs to be reminded of this, so to do this you use this phrase to scold her. You can use this at any time when she is seen or even when she is not in the room. Another use is for the denial of any action and immediately blame the person called Catie.
