It doesn't exist. It's all in your head. Studies show that you don't get a rush from sugar. You get it from the caffeine in chocolate. I hate hearing people say, " Oh, I've got a sugar high. " It's like not taking a puff and acting like you're stoned. Just lame.

The euphoria experienced after consuming large amounts of sugar or caffeine. The effects of sugar high are commonly exaggerated by people who compare it to the effects of pot, alcohol, and other drugs. These people are usually idiots. While sugar high exists, its effects are, in fact, really tame, and may include dizzyness, a bit of insomnia and nausea. It lastes for a couple minutes, or wears off after you take a shit/throw up.
I ate 5 candy bars and got a sugar high, I threw up and then I felt okay.

-A sugar high is what idiots and that generally annoying person you know say is the reason they act like such douches all the time.
- It is also a reason that these same people give if they dont do drugs and dont wan to admit they just dont want to do drugs, they just say sugar gets them high enough.

Dude, it happens wen u eat hella fuckin candy or just sugar(anything wit sugar works) and ur hella fuckin twitchy and shit. Unfortunately, it doesnt last very long. Only ppl who dont do drugs eat hella fuckin sugar to get high off of it.

The phychological effect on the mind by eating to much sugar. While on a Sugar High, you will get a strong boost of energy, and it will also make you act happy, crazy, silly, and goofy. You may even want to eat more sugar. When the effects wear off, you will be drained out and very tired.
Person 1: Don't you feel like you had enough candy?
Person 2: No way man. Besides, nothing will happen to me anyways.
