Being horny but only hypothetically.
I.e. a person who enjoys discussing sexual topics but who would never participate in sexual actions. These discussions could be about sexual topics in general or sexual actions involving themselves and/or others. But upon a chance to participate in a sexual activity, the person will either reject the chance or join in with a curious instead of a sexual mindset.
Person A: He seemed so horny in the group chat but when I asked him in dms if he wanted to have sex he said that he's waiting for marriage
