The command .img is used by a discord Bot called:NotSoBot, the command in question takes immages off multiple search engines and posts the first result image on the chat where the command has been used.
the command needs also variables where the Bot can search off, which in these cases are ganyu armpit.
so at the end, this specific command was made to post a specific erotic immage of an immaginary female character to create embarrasment in the chat or also used as a joke in some "specific servers"
