Someone who is a rip-off artist or a con-artist. A low down dirty person. The lowest of the low. A person who is only out for themselves and noone else.

I gave Billy $10 to go get me a bag and the jankee mother fucker never came back. I should know better then to trust that jankee junkie with my money.
