We asked a job candidate to tell us something funny he saw at work, and he told us about a prank he pulled that must have been absolutely humiliating to one of his coworkers. It didn't take much johari jitsu to realize this sociopath would be a bad fit.

Johary is not mean, just different. There are a number of things he doesn't let him do: cooking, house-sitting, sleeping with a stuffed animal or letting him light his birthday cake with a flame thrower.
Apart from these few things, Johary is a great person, who is kind and organises parties. You shouldn't ask too much of him, the poor guy is a bit simple-minded.
Is someone making a mess? It's probably Johary!
