Somebody who isn't from South Korea, who is for some reason, downright fascinated and obsessed with South Korean culture, and food, language, music, etc. Especially the music. We can thank BTS and BlackPink for that.

They probably only know 3 countries in Asia, ane listen to "Money" (the Lisa BlackPink song) for like, 10 hours straight. and also spend another 10 hours screaming on the internet about kimchi and pin pictures of South Korean images onto their pinterest boards.
