(N.B: when i was in elementary school this is the type of punishment our teachers threatened us with if we didn't stop swearing)

It is used to describe a person whose personality is either bitter, cold or sour. Or all of them honestly.
Guy: ,,Hey wanna go out with me?"
Person A: ,,No. I don't need a desperate man in my life."
Guy: ,,dang, you're such a lemon juice."
When you leave lemon juice out too long and it goes rotten.
The gone off lemon juice tastes like acid.
