A very idiotic phrase that presumes thereโs a best and a worst way to live life (which is totally subjective). And that we all GET to choose our lives, which we do in some ways, but most of us just wind up where we are/who we are due to external events we didnโt have any control over. And most of us are content living our lives without over thinking about our lives/how we can make it better all the time.
