A term that describes two delusional friends called Bashar and Omar. Any two delusional people cannot be called duo-lusional, unless they are Bashar and Omar specifically.

Person 1: “Yesterday I saw Bashar and Omar.”
Person 2: “Do you mean duo-lusional?”
