MAYOR which is an acrinem for "mosh at you own risk" is common among metalcore/deathcore concerts. It maybe posted somewhere as meaning "if you are hurt while 'moshing' we are not held responsalbe". It is a very new term amongst people and probably will never catch on.

People use "the mayor" instead of "cool" or "rocks". My friends brother started saying it, and now lots of people have started using that expression. The opposite of "the mayor" would be "the janitor" which we use also.
"That party last night was the mayor!" ex for "the janitor"...."school is the janitor."

Another twitter donnie (like Alvin Thomas) writing cringey captions on perfect videos. Him and his monotonous tweets often appear WITH said videos when being posted by memepages on Instagram etc, as a means of:
1. Making their videos stand out (to prevent a user from scrolling past the post)
2. To provide and implement a bit of life into the post because memepages are often lazy and run out of things to say in a caption
3. Gaining traction and exposure by forcing a reaction/comment out of a user who desires to comment on the annoying tweet provided by Mike Mayoral
4. All of the above

The Mayor is yet another one of Batavia's bums. Often seen wearing a cowboy hat and boots. Although he is not the actual mayor he takes shits twice as big as the real mayor.
