October 21, a day where you can throw your short friend (anyone shorter than you). The person being thrown cannot reject the thrower his rights.
Last National Throw the Short People Day, I threw your mom
This is the day when you throw everyone that is almost short according to National Throw Short People Day standards. Anyone who is 5'8" and below can be thrown without their permission. This is to be done on October 22nd, the day after National Throw Short People Day.
