An indignant complainer, petulant bellyacher, faultfinder, serial or chronic objector, grumpy malcontent, etc. Derived from the exclamation "enough!" Coined by the now-defunct weblog Cute Overload, where it first gained widespread usage in reference to certain visitors who would loudly proclaim their disapproval of various posts or site features.
