If someone is disgusted, annoyed, frustrated by something then they will use this term so show their emotions. Always used in a negative manner
e.g.

Chris- "You wanna go out with Josh tonight?"
Johnny - " I'd rather be sick-on-my-own-face than go out with that guy"
Chris- "Fair play"

Johnny- " You want a cuppa?"
Chris- "I'd rather be-sick-on-my-own-face than drink that crap"

used when incredibly frustrated, angry, annoyed, irritated or in a situation which causes such a large amount of frustration/ annoyance you are overcome with the urge to rip off your own face.

I'm soo annoyed with photoshop that I want to rip my own face off
