It is normal for an employer to promise or contract money, goods, or lavish trips as payment for a particular job/position, HOWEVER, after satisfactorily fulfilling the requirements, if the employer does NOT come through with agreed promises or contracted payment they are a “Povee”.
Verb
To have been employed for a particular job/position and NEVER receive the promised contracted payment, then you have been “Poveed”.
“After working all harvest, I got “Poveed”!
When the speaker in a conversation is oblivious that the topic has either bored its recipients to the point of violent suicide, or offended an audience into a murderous rage.
