(Verb) You pull a "kanye" when you feel as if not enough people are paying attention to you so you do something to get there attention, even if it is something that is not seen as OK such as being a d-bag.
I felt so neglected by my peers so the only way i thought i could grab their attention was to "pull a kanye" and tip over the kid in the wheelchair.
To interrupt anything important just to brag about someone else, making the person you interrupted feel bad.
My mom decided to pull a kanye on me at dinner tonight to show my dad the grade my sister got on her test.
