A roseboy refers to a GNC (gender non-conforming) boy/male. Or also known as a boy who dresses femininely.
The more popularized term, femboy, is said by some to be a transphobic slur used to called transgender women or mtf transgender people still male while they identify as female and are female. Roseboy is a new word to replace the slur that is comparable to shemale
