A teenager or young adult guy(aged 14-22) who is more of a "normie" who got into lifting through the explosion of its popularity over quarantine and uses peds, often trendy ones. They generally watch youtubers like more plates more dates, greg doucette, chris bumstead, larry wheels, etc, idolizing them. They believe in many bro science and lifting normie ideologies like "lifting+girls alll girls like a guy who lifts" etc.
Many of them are in the mix of trying to be powerbuilders(bodybuilders who powerlift) but can't make any progress(partially due to living a "party animal" lifestyle) and aren't as sucessful as lifters like benjaminmac05 or Malik Triolet, even when many of those lifters are or were natural.
They then take these "big name" drugs that their "influencers"(many of which have been training for 2-5+ years before hopping on peds) promote and try to act like they're better then many natties or "gifted". This often pisses off serious lifters including both oldhead ones and natural more hardcore teenage lifters.

A SARM Goblin is someone who uses sarms a lot and makes gains. They build muscle from SARMs. They don't use steroids because that would be Steroid Goblin or Roid Muncher and they don't cycle SARMs with steroids because that would be SARMroid Goblin. SARM Goblins may also be on stimulants such as Propylhexedrine, Blue Speed (Ethylamphetamine), Caffeine, Arecoline Hydrobromide (ArcoFuel).
Tony: I tried Andarine, RAD-140, Arecoline Hydrobromide (ArcoFuel), and Cardarine and I gained twice the stamina and way more strength and gained 50lbs of muscle.

Someone you are jealous of because they are bigger than you, they are leaner than you, they are stronger than you, they look better than you and they pull more bitches than you. You act like the Sarm Goblin is disgusting and you constantly make fun of them but you secretly want to be them so badly. The more you hate on the Sarm Goblin the more their power and confidence increases. It simply feeds them.
John: Look at that guy benching 275, he could barley put up the bar last year.

SARMs are Selective Androgen Receptor Modulators. SARMs are drugs that help you build muscle faster. It's important to stay hydrated with Water and Gatorade and Gatorade Zero, drink a protein shake before workout, eat healthy, and have a protein rich meal right after the workout. But SARMs give you that extra edge to build muscle.
SARMs come in powder, gummies, and liquid.
How to use. You take your dose of SARMs for a month and you have to add a testosterone base (Also known as test base). You take a higher dose of Enclomiphene when you use the SARM. You use the SARM for a month or less. Enclomiphene raises testosterone levels because SARMs can lower testosterone levels, so Enclomiphene balances things out.
Then you take a 4 to 6 week break and take a lower dose of Enclomiphene for the first 15 days. The break and the Enclomiphene is called Post Cycle Therapy.
Also, Cardarine is grouped in with SARMs even though it's not a SARM. It helps with cardio.
Onions and Avocado are good for you and so is beef and chicken and also fish. You can still have your favorite foods, but with moderation.
Also, there's DMAA (Dimethylamylamine, Geranamine), which is a pre-workout.
If you don't add Enclomiphene, you run the risk of gyno.
SARM Goblin: Oh yeah! These RAD-140 and Cardarine SARMs, this Higher Dose Enclomiphene, and this Post Workout Chicken Wings and French Fries and Cheeseburgers and an onion and avocado salad was just what I needed.

Then you stack SARMs with Enclomiphene (boost testosterone) 12.5mg to 25mg to counteract negative side effects of SARMs such as lowered testosterone and gyno e2 man boobs. Nolvadex is a medication used in PCT (Post Cycle Therapy) after SARMs use. 20mg of Nolvadex a day for 30 days after about 30 days of SARMs and Enclomiphene means that you prevent the risk of gyno and man boobs after SARMs and Enclomiphene.
