No. 6 of the Fatui Harbingers and the love of my life. He can act very friendly to trick people but later shows his true colors. Apparently not very well-liked with a disagreeable personality. Even his colleagues dislike him. Very cunning and hot. Has a handsome face with indigo hair and indigo eyes. Seems to be from Inazuma but works for Snezhnaya's Fatui.
