Scarborough is suposed to be a "suburb" of Toronto, when in fact it really isnt. There are a few areas that consist of very nice housing JUST like every other city, and also has its horrible looking areas JUST like every other city. Scarborough is a very multicultural area that consists of mainly these cultures in order of population; Asian, Tamils/Brown men, Black, White. Scarborough is known for its high-crime rate and drug related activity. Unlike other troubled areas that have groups of individuals that dvide themselves by race, Scarborough is known for its multi-cultural gangs and crime groups. There are many who claim that Scarborough is a very nice "suburb" to live in and that there really isnt any crime that goes on. What you need to know about those people is that they are completly oblivious to the crime that goes on because they are not there to witness it. The Scarbrough drugs of choice are of the following in order by popularity; Weed, Extacy, Mushrooms, Cocaine. Scarbz is an E-Tard area.
DO NOT get caught walking on these streets at night; down Mccowen anywhere between Sheppard and Mcnicoll, anywhere down Birchmount, Eglinton and Warden, Sandhurst circle, the Grove aka 25 Thunder Grove, Anson Taylor school, Percy Williams school, Albert Campbell school, Timmothy Eaton school, Don Mills strip.

The technique of interrupting someone who is making a valid point by saying, "Let me stop you right there." You can then follow with gibberish since the object is not to have a serious debate but to prevent the other person from being heard. Used when you're losing the argument.
The method is used extensively by and named for Joe Scarborough of Morning Joe cable news. When Joe is losing the argument he frequently interrupts his guests to interject nonsensical declarations. It's used along with chorus-lining to dilute the argument. It is similar to water-boarding in that it depletes the oxygen levels in the room.
His scarboroughing stopped anyone else from speaking.

Humorless twit who acts as a conservative pundit on MSNBC's Morning Joe. Was also once a talentless congressman. When he is on the show, the routine involves him picking fights and routinely losing them. When he is on vacation, the show generally sails forward as effortlessly entertaining. Rumor has it that he has incriminating photographs of someone high-up at MCNBC and that is why they continue to permit him to spew douchbag rhetoric on air. Has an unhealthy case of man-love for Pat Buchanan, another conservative talking-points blowhard.
Joe Scarborough: The way Jon Stewart undressed Jim Cramer on The Daily Show was most unfair. I do not believe our agendas, I mean viewpoints, should be questioned people. Just listen and accept; that's what I do when I'm given my Republican talking points.
